kanji-config-updmap-sys run fail

Hi edocevoli,
I need update the system japaness font from haranoaji to kozuka-pr6n, because the haranoaji has less glyphs.
but the ptex/uptex font configure tool kanji-config-updmap-sys.exe run fail.
I'm not sure it's relative to issue #1138.
kanji-config-updmap-sys.exe in miktex log:
