documentation of dvipdfmx is missing

Running texdoc dvipdfmx shows only dvipdfm.pdf (without x) and dvipdfmx-special.pdf. dvipdfmx.pdf is missing. The file and its source are e.g. here: http://www.tug.org/svn/texlive/trunk/Master/texmf-dist/doc/dvipdfmx/
