I think this is strange bug

Well. I have make the rom full work almostly, but there is still a bug with Install apps. After I run CleanMaster and make a clean , then reboot ,I couldn't install any apps , it shows memory is not enough.The way to reslove is to reboot the phone and delete the dir that the package install failed in data/data/ , and install again.
