Target Files zip goes empty!

When i make fullota, the target_files.zip suddenly goes from a healthy 700mb to 22bytes

Build full ota package: /root/android/patchrom/p768/out/fullota.zip unzipping target target-files... warning [/root/android/patchrom/p768/out/target_files.zip]: zipfile is empty

ERROR: failed to unzip input target-files "/root/android/patchrom/p768/out/target_files.zip"

make: *** [fullota] Error 1
