Cannot use"repo init"

[LTDSA]

I'm patching Kitkat. I input: repo init -u git://github.com/MiCode/patchrom.git -b kitkat

And then my computer display:

fatal: Cannot get https://gerrit.googlesource.com/git-repo/clone.bundle fatal: error [Errno 101] Network is unreachable

I'm using Ubuntu 17.10.1 with a notebook(Lenovo ThinkPad Edge).

So how can I continue?
