Step 'make fullota' Stucks. Taking too much time to complete fullota.

I am facing a problem while giving 'make fullota' command in the terminal in linux mint 18.1. After giving the command terminal starts scrolling with various lines. It kept scrolling for half an hour. But then the scrolling stop in a line. It stuck here for about five hour. Then no scrolling. How can I make the fullota zip now. Anyone have solution? You fucked up your framework, that's why it's "stuck" in making your fullota. Fix what it asks.
