I can't get past the QR, frozen in "connected".

I'm trying to use it, but I can't get past that part. How do I solve this problem ?! just stay in "connected" only, if I resign, ask to read the QR again and stay frozen in that part.

Prefix . try .help if you can't first delete the session file, then the re-scan is complete.

I scan, the screen looks the way I posted it on the print when I opened the post. And even reading the QR, it does not create the session file. I list the files and they are just those.
