Do you use GPU mode or CPU mode? There is a bug in the CPU code. I have fixed the bug in CPU code now. The results are normal in my machine. Can you give more detailed information, including your environments and the output file.

@MhLiao I get the same results as @northeastsquare , I use ubuntu 16.04, python3.5 and GPU mode.
