[Bug]: Kwins Move to Next Screen is broken on 5.25 (Wayland) with bismuth

I have the same issue, also on wayland !

Fullscreen resolution is locked to native when -vulkan is used

got it working after selecting steam linux runtime ![2023-07-13T21:38:41,784686008+02:00](https://github.com/ValveSoftware/csgo-osx-linux/assets/62741802/1bcca188-4575-4e06-80cf-7540b0a7b8e0) and putting -nojoy -novid -fullscreen in launch options
