PhpSpreadsheet support

Since PhpExcel is actually no longer maintained it is time to get started on supporting its successor, PhpSpreadsheet. Goal is to have this bundle ready once PhpSpreadsheet is stable.

Not sure whether or not to rename this bundle TwigSpreadsheetBundle accordingly.

Ideas, suggestions and opinions regarding this issue are welcome.

I'm fine with "TwigExcelBundle". It is referring more specific to the product family originated from Excel rather than any generic spreadsheet logic.
