Shortcuts settings issues

  • #738
  • Clicking on one shortcut button and then on another from the same action causes neither to be selected.
  • Pressing Ctrl+Shift+S and releasing anything other than the S leads to Ctrl+Shift being the remembered shortcut, but should always be Ctrl+Shift+S.
