Clean up generated maps

The graphs/maps that aren't being used in the infographic have bitrotted a bit. Give them a little TLC to get them working again. Double-check the output against the state's numbers to make sure it's correct. I can fix one up in about 5-10 minutes. Thus far it's been about putting na.omit() in the proper spot
