TWISS CHROM=true with "Intermediate Values" with SLICE=N results in N+1 rows for each sliced element in TFS table
There appears to be a bug in the TWISS module when using CHROM=true and interpolation that is affecting the TWISS TFS table. When CHROM=false, the expected number of rows are generated in the TFS table. However, when CHROM=true is set, each element that is sliced (with SLICE=N) for interpolation results in N+1 rows in the TFS table. This results in a TFS file that is misaligned in the s direction. The extra rows in the TFS file at the end have all zero data in these columns.
