1.21.11 update

Description
As far as has been tested, is very stable and ready to merge. We are still waiting on a couple of things before updating, such as our dependencies and the potential for mojang to release 1.21.12.
How Has This Been Tested?
I have tested the changes locally and could not find any issues caused by the update.

To download the work in progress build:
Ensure you are signed into github -> Expand 'All checks have passed' -> click on the three dots -> View Details -> Summary -> download 'pull-request-build' under 'Artifacts' -> meteor-client-1.21.11-local.jar
If you find any issues that haven't been reported and are due to the 1.21.11 update, please report them here so we can fix them.

which part you get confuse?
where should i put the files when i downloaded it?
use "meteor-client-1.21.11-local.jar" and just put it in your mods folder
