[Suggestion] Add weather changer
Describe the feature
Allows you to change from different weather events. Example: Clear to Thunderstorm,
Clear to rain, Rain to Clear, etc.

if you want to remove weather effects rather than adding them, that can be done with the no-render module
it would just write this now if there was sufficient time, but there is not.
