Flight: Double Jump to Go Down (Like Gamemode Creative or Wurst CreativeFlight)

Describe the feature

I'm trying to switch from using Wurst for flight, but I really miss the double jump to go down feature.

In Wurst and regular Creative Mode, double jump makes you go down, which is much quicker when I need to descend. In "Flight" mode, double jump makes you go up, and I have to hold shift to slowly float down, which isn't as smooth.

I’m used to the GMC system where double-jumping just drops you down. Any chance we could get that in "Flight" mode too? It would make things a lot easier.

I've tried using m.gamemode creative (wurst uses . prefix) and it's fine for my needs, but nofall does not work in this mode, plus of course my health etc is hidden so this isn't a viable option.

Attached is a sample picture of how I imagine it to look in the settings, and why I find it helpful for me.

Latest build for meteor makes wurst and meteor compatible

I can confirm Meteor and Wurst both work together now properly, but adding this option would allow me to remove the need for installing Wurst entirely.
