[Suggestion] Add Vulkan support

Describe the feature

So, there is a mod called VulkanMod; i very much expected it won't work with this tool called Meteor Client, i'm just asking if it could be feasible.

I know, i know, possibly a complete rewrite would be needed to migrate from the OpenGL API to the Vulkan API, but also it would be so sick.

And, well it's true the mod is not complete, and for this to even be possible we will need to wait for this mod to be completed, i think i'm just leaving this here so the idea is around :)

Vulkan is the future :)

Cool idea, however "it would be sick" is not a good enough reason to rewrite the whole damn mod

would be needed to rewrite literally all of meteors renderer to support vulkans vbo and shaders

Although would be cool to have at least a stripped down version of meteor which works... I mean baritone already works for example...

While abstracting meteor to work with both OpenGL and Vulkan sounds interesting, it'd require a load of dev time and interest to be achieved. I personally don't see a real need for this, considering the fact that VulkanMod is still in pre-alpha as stated by the devs.
