Flight Vertical Speed modifier

Describe the feature

Vertical flight is really slow for me and Vertical Speed Match doesn't seem to do anything (maybe this might be a bad config or another module preventing me from going fast upwards) So if there was a vertical flight BPS modifier, that'd be awesome.
