[Suggestion] Auto Drop Select Enchantents

Describe the feature

Add in the module "Inventory Tweaks" the ability to when auto dropping exclude certain enchantments for example you may not want to drop enchanted books with the mending enchantment but do want to drop enchanted books with efficiency 3.
