[Bug] Block selection doesn't account for differently sized hitboxes

Describe the bug

Blocks such as flowers, tall grass, flower pots, moss and carpets don't adjust for when you can't actually touch the block due to its hitbox. While it is correct that I'm not touching another block, I'm also not touching the block that is highlighted.

Steps to reproduce

Look at a block with a small hitbox (Ex: Flowerpot) and place your cursor above it, so that it's within the block's total hitbox but not within the flower pot's hitbox.
