[Suggestion] Improve Better Chat

Describe the feature

  1. Add a optional function to save the chat history and used commands after restarting the game, as well as when switching between servers.
  2. Add the ability to change the < > in Timestamps to [ ] or remove it at all, and possibility add color for this function.
