[Suggestion] Improve the notebot

The notebot is not checking if a placed noteblock has special block below it so it plays random instruments. It tunes only before playing a song and tuning random blocks. In inertia client, there is a layout, you tune it one time, and it takes care of which noteblock is wich instrument.
