[Bug] Infinity miner incompatible with auto eat

Describe the bug

Activating infinity miner makes the player stuck with the pickaxe in the hand and switching item is not allowed making the food not usable thus, the player can't eat without disabling the feature. Pausing baritone won't solve the issue either

Steps to reproduce

Activate both autoeat and infinity miner

1.18

This is still a bug. Any update on whether action is in progress? Action is too hard to take? This absolutely nerfs infinity minor since you have to eat every now and again while mining.
