More often and reliable releases

One major issue maintaining this package is QA - It would be nice to somehow automate tests, eg. by running a meteor test app on a device wall somehow.

Semantic-release have been added to the project, this way community members that have merge privilege can do releases - It requires us to use proper commit messages - for more info read semantic release "angular" part
