collectionFS Image is not showing !!!

Hello , I am using collectionFS with DropBox , lately i noticed a weird behavior ... insert a new document with image is doing fine .. but when updating form the image disappears unless i refresh the page ... I am using autoform to generate my form out of schemas any reason ? advice ?
