Stuttering issues on Linux Mint 20 (Debian based OS) - OpenGL GPU, PulseAudio. x64 branch

i needed to get my laptop set up to capture this, but i'm having issues with chatsounds stuttering when the rest of the system functions fine. i have no clue how to report this issue. fuckinghearingthisshit.mp3.zip

i literally tabbed out and back in and it's fine again. but this is a recurring issue.

It's an issue everyone has but is more severe on Linux and people not running their audio at 44100Hz.

Also only applies to notagain/goluwa chatsounds, which uses webaudio panels. For all we know it could be an upstream chromium issue.

@Cynosphere @S0LiD-ST4T3 As I've been experimenting with my own version chatsounds, I can definitely tell it's related to chromium/webaudio. Haven't found out what exactly is causing but I will investigate it soon.
