I would say no.

But, I can suggest a few interesting forks:

  • mine: https://github.com/in0finite/SanAndreasUnity - it is not actively developed, but I WILL be taking pull requests, and will try to help others get involved

  • also check this out: https://github.com/xythobuz/SanAndreasUnity - it has some new features, like a minimap
