Keyring emit events take about more than 5 seconds

It currently takes a lot of time from the moment the account is created to the confirmation being fired for 'Create SmartAccount' on Flask.

Hey @livingrockrises, sorry for the delay. Can you please provide some more details? Which snap are you using? Can you reproduce it in a deterministic way?
