[Bug]: Error occurs when fetching a quote for swapping any tokens

Describe the bug

An error occurs when fetching a quote when swapping any tokens. After that app needs to be restarted. Steps below is to reproduce it when STX is off, but also happens when STX is on See video below to reproduce

Expected behavior

Quote is fetched succesfully

1. Go to Swap
2. Select ETH->DAI
3. Click on Get Quote
