[Bug] Test dapp: Unable to verify Personal sign message

Describe the bug

After signing a personal message utilizing the Test dapp, the verify button does not return the recovery result info.

Recovery result should be displayed below the verify button from the Personal Sign section

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to https://metamask.github.io/test-dapp/
2. Connect to test dapp
3. Tap the sign button from the personal sign section
4. Tap the verify button from the personal sign section
