View: Root TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 't.toLowerCase')
When I used my Face ID on iOS it logged in and does an infinite loading screen.
Expected behavior
I expected to see my account so I could then access my crypto/ nfts and make transactions.

I hope I don't come off rude by saying the following at this time of the year, but can the dev team please take some time to look at this critical issue? Due to this bug, we can't access our funds. The app doesn't load, which is one thing, but it doesn't recognize the account so it doesn't let us reveal the SPR though we've got the right password. More and more people are starting to have the same issue. And I've seen a few bug reports going back 3 months on this issue, which is very overwhelming.

Hi @TienBVa , it's still our top priority to get this fixed but we don't manage to reproduce it yet. We continue to ship updates in the app through our releases, that shall help us obtain more info about the error and hopefully help us reproduce it.
any solution today? I updated to version 7.17.0, but the problem is still not resolved.

after FaceId, no response
I’m having this error too. Can’t access SRP even though I can log in on the app. No SRP elsewhere, will a bug fix sort the SRP access issue?
I updated to 7.18.0, no response when using faceid, show wrong password even though I entered it correctly, what should I do? That's bad

Hey folks, also experiencing the issue where I can't authenticate with FaceID (shows success but wallet does not open) and it is not accepting what I think is my password. My repro steps are fairly limited, so I apologize in advance for not being able to be more detailed.
- Previously, I was on one of the app versions where the migrations were ran out of sync, which caused my app to load and the wallet to open to an infinite loading spinner
- This morning, I updated to the latest MM mobile version available on iOS app store (v7.18.0)
- Once I updated, I was no longer able to authenticate with FaceID and the app does not seem to be accepting my password. It's been a while since I used my password, so it may be that I've forgotten it but I'm pretty sure it's correct
Device: iPhone 13 Pro iOS version: 17.3.1

Hard to believe this issue still persists seven months since original poster.
I have similar issue as above, can log in with password/biometrics but no wallet appearing, just infinite loading.
Error when clicking on General Tab View: Root TypeError: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined
After inputing password for SRP recovery, prompt Hold to reveal SRP appears but ends up in
"Couldn't unlock your account. Please try again."
Please work on a fix ASAP to retrieve SRP at least. Maybe a fix for it to tether independently to the app instead of wallet. I refuse to take this L just because of buggy app. This really shouldn't happen to top well known non-custodial wallet. I can't imagine normies depositing assets on this & having it locked for no good reason and not being able to retrieve SRP.

Dude, I'm in the same situation feel very depressed about this It has been six or seven months since the repair was permanently locked.

Many updates have been released, but the developers still haven't found a way to fix the error. Do you have a tracking log? Such a clear error message and still no solution after 7 months? #lol
Just updated to 7.19.0 (1292) on android, still the same. Accounts not loading, SRP & Private key unattainable.

Strange isn't it? I can't wrap around why its hard to replicate when the number of users getting affected by it is growing even with new updates pushed (from 7.7.0 - 7.19.0).
I still think the resolution is figuring out a way to get SRP/Private key. If you can't avoid it from happening, at least make sure SRP/Private Key can be retrieved so long as the app is installed.
