Links with target="_blank" open at same tab on iOS

Description

Scenario: xxxx

  • GIVEN DAPP with a[target="_blank"] opened on iOS
  • WHEN a user clicks link
  • THEN href opens at same tab

Expected: href opens at new tab

Have the same issue, I wonder if there's a workaround at least, window.open didn't work for me. Also there's quite an opposite issue #4162

Also occurs in Android devices.

tested on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Metamask app version: 5.9.0 Samsung One UI version: 5.0 Android version: 13
