Custom nonce is not inputable

Describe the bug Custom nonce is not inputable , but has to be adjusted by +- button . This become a bug if the current suggested nonce is far away from the reasonable nonce.

To Reproduce At custom nonce tab

Expected behavior Fillable by manual input directly, besides the adjustment.
