"Speed up" CTA does nothing and presents no error message, and the copy is not consistent

Describe the bug If I initiate a swap, and am interrupted, when I return to the mobile client the incomplete tx is shown in Activity. When the address is a Keystone hardware wallet, the CTA's show "Sign with Keystone" and "cancel. However, for this same tx when I click into the activity detail, the CTAs show "speed up" and "cancel"

In the attached recording, the sign with Keystone button seems to accomplish nothing, and there is no actionable error presented to the user.

To Reproduce

1. Initiate a swap of a non-native token that requires a token spending approval
2. Sign and broadcast the token approval
3. Scan and sign the animated QR for the actual swap on Keystone
4. Allow the mobile device to go to sleep before scanning the signed QR from the Keystone hardware wallet
5. Once the screen goes dark, allow the mobile device to continue to be idle for at least a minute
6. Engage the mobile device and unlock it
7. Acess the activity detail from wallet view
8. Note that the CTAs are not the same between Activity and the tx detail.

Expected behavior

1. CTA should respond when the user taps, and present an actionable error message if the action cannot be completed.
2. The blue font CTA copy should be consistent between activity and tx details.
