[Bug]: When Solana is selected in dapp permissions you cannot choose any other network

Describe the bug

When connected to a dapp and you manage permissions, the network selector from the dapp permissions view doesn't allow you to switch out of Solana once selected. Behind the scenes the network is switching for the dapp but in the UI it doesn't reflect htat

Expected behavior

You should be able to freely switch to any network after selecting Solana

Steps to reproduce

1. Goto in-app browser
2. Connect to any dapp
3. Click on the account avatar at the top right corner where the address bar is
4. A bottom sheet will appear and then click on manage permissions
5. In the manage permissions view, click on the website icon at the top to goto the network selector
6. Choose Solana and then try to choose any other network
