[Bug]: Mobile Push Notification Not Always Focusing Correct Account

It's not clear which account received the ETH. I tapped the notification and it opened up to my solana account, so its definitely not selecting the right account. We should select whichever account is tied to the push notification, so users don't have to guess which account received the funds.
Expected behavior
The account which was transaction will immediately focus upon tapping notification.

Steps to reproduce
- Select account 1 on your mobile device
- Within extension, using the same SRP, execute a transaction on any other account
- See notification, tap it
- Potentially don't get switched to the correct account.

I am checking this one during the Quality Sprint. After following the steps, I cannot reproduce the issue using version 7.60.4. The notifications don't appear, even though I have push notifications turned on in the app and in the phone settings.
