[Bug]: The copy for State Log (Settings > Advanced) setting is outdated

Describe the bug

The State Log setting (Settings > Advanced > State Log) copy is directing users to "send it to MetaMask support via hamburger icon > Send Feedback". We no longer have hamburger icon on mobile now. We will need to update the copy.

Expected behavior

We want the copy to correctly instruct users to find MetaMask Support to send state logs to. We also want to remind users to only send it to MetaMask Support and not post it publicly or send it to any one else (since it contains private info).
