[Bug]: Tron TRC20 swap fees underestimated

Describe the bug

When getting quotes for a TRC20 swap (e.g. Tron.USDT -> Tron.TRX), the fee estimations are way too low.

Expected behavior

They should accurately represent what the user will pay given their energy, bandwidth, and TRX balances.
