[Bug]: Send CTA button is disabled after adding a network

Describe the bug

The Continue button on some networks (Polygon zkEVM and Sei testnet) is consistently disabled during the send flow.

It always happens the first time user tries to send on a network. If they close and start the send flow again, it resolves itself (the only exception is the networks mentioned above so far, where it continues disabled)

Expected behavior

The CTA button should be active; otherwise an error indicating why it is not enabled should be displayed
