[Bug]: Update styling of the menu popover

Describe the bug

The styling of the menu popover appears different from the rest of the experience, which looks jarring when it is overlayed.

Expected behavior

For menu-item class, update

• font-size: from inherit to 14px (body-md-medium)
• padding: from 14px 16px to 16px 16px

For icon size, update sm to md (16px to 20px)
