[Bug]: Update padding in Settings to 16px

Describe the bug

The padding in Settings doesn't match the padding in the rest of Extension. This inconsistent spacing makes the experience feel unpolished.

Expected behavior

  • Update padding in settings-page__body from 24px to 16px
