Part of https://github.com/MetaMask/MetaMask-planning/issues/880 UI changes for the Delete MetaMetrics Data section with a button.

Comment: We want to update the copy compared to what's currently in Mobile, such that data deletion toggle mentions 30 days instead of 60 days. IMG_1538
