test: Increase delay of confirmation in e2e request queuing tests.

Description

E2E test fix for #23406 that increase the delay for the tx confirmation notification to persist. There is an issue with the notification will close/open a number of times. This issue is only within the e2e test context and doesn't happen in dev/prod builds.
