[Bug]: Failed transaction with low nonce is not visible in the Activity list, no error message is shown on the Confirmation screen.

Describe the bug

Transaction with low nonce fails but we don't see Failed transaction in the Activity list and we don't see the low nonce message on the transaction confirmation. The notification message is also not correct but I think it should be fixed by this PR

Expected behavior

Correct low nonce message is shown on the Confirmation screen and in the notification,Failed transactions is visible in the Activity.

1. Enable Customize transaction nonce in the Advanced settings.
2. Send transaction with low nonce.
