[Bug]: Message "Send us a bug report" leads to not helpful url

Describe the bug

Metamask fails to start. Message is "Metamask has trouble starting ... Or send us a bug report". The "bug report" is a link that leads to https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us . In my opinion, this is not helpful. The link should directly lead to a form for creating a support ticket.

Steps to reproduce

1. When metamask fails to start, click on link "bug report" in error message.

@bschorchit since we have deprecated the zendesk ticket form, we can either point people to help center (as it exists currently), or we can point people to GH to open an issue. We don't exactly have "bug reporting" afaik outside of H1 for security reporting? open to thoughts.

So my experience was that I wanted to report a bug, or at least find some help with my issue, but the currently linked website left me a bit helpless, because it's very generic. So I decided to go to GitHub directly. I can imagine that less tech savvy users would feel a bit more lost.

@AlexHerman1 now that you mention it, yes, but not before, really. I just saw the search bar and the warning label regarding seed phrases and then looked specifically for something like "report a bug" or similar.
