patch-package - patch ledger-bridge-keyring to not error in mv3

@metamask/ledger-bridge-keyring relies on an iframe in the background which is not available in mv3. This patch is a quick workaround to prevent the wallet from breaking during unlock on mv3. It does not attempt to fix or remove ledger support in mv3
