[Feature] Differentiate Mainnet and Testnet

In the custom networks window, enable to:

• [ ] Mark custom networks either as Testnet or Mainnet (both the new and the existing ones)
• [ ] Associate a Testnet with a Mainnet (example: the Optimistic Ethereum will be marked Mainnet and its Kovan version will be an sub-network marked as Testnet).

This will help to diminish the cluttering in the networks list, which is massive in my personal use.

Bonus:

• [ ] A drag&drop to reorder your favorite networks
• [ ] List non-EVM networks by leveraging Snaps (for example Starknet)
