Increase automated visibility from 0% to 100% of standardization of repos across defined vectors.

MVP inclusions target:

• Node.js version
• Yarn version/configuration
• ESLint versions/configuration
• Jest version/configuration
• TypeScript version/configuration
• TypeDoc version/configuration
• auto-changelog version/configuration
• allow-scripts version/configuration
• npm package scripts for building, linting, changelog validation, tests
• GitHub actions (nice to have)

Possible Deliverables:

• Dashboard (likely)
• Recording of how to use module lint
• POC of github actions that would run the tool and create issues for a team
• Internal marketing effort to get people to use it – make sure to build in a way to know if it is being used.
