Summary

Hello MetaMask team,

I am an employee of JPYC Inc., and I am requesting to add (or update) the JPYC Prepaid token metadata in your contract metadata repository. This PR includes our token's checksum address, logo, and relevant details for accurate display in MetaMask.

This repo supports now any chain following caip-19. If you want to add asset details to it, please update your PR following updated approach
