Add token logo for Peaceful Putin and update contract-map.json

This pull request aims to enhance the user experience for Peaceful Putin "PUTIN" holders by adding a token logo to the MetaMask wallet. By integrating our token logo, users will have a more visually engaging and recognizable interface when managing our tokens.

-Added "peaceful_putin.svg" into the "images" directory. The logo meets the recommended dimensions of 256*256 pixels and has been optimized for web use. -Updated "contract-map.json" with "Peaceful Putin" details, including contract address, symbol, decimals, and official website link.
